Among others life for me is one constant fight with constipation. Actually, I rarely miss a day, but I have to make a deliberate effort to take a dump and it does take some time. This is sucha a waste.

I've found that cool secluded places kelp me get into the proper mood. Such is our basement. Unfortunately this does not help each time and I always have to improvise.
